Hallow’s End

  • Exquisite Costume Set: “The Lich King” no longer has a Hallow’s End requirement and costs 500 Tricky Treats to obtain (down from 1000). Note that we’re aware of item tooltip on the vendor incorrectly displaying number of charges available on the item as 1.

      • Death Pact’s healing absorption effect should now be applied correctly while the Anti-Magic Shell effect is active.

      • Binding Shot should now correctly stun players that are mounted or in a shapeshift form.

      • Time Lord’s Regalia (Tier 13) 2-piece set bonus now increases Haste by 2 per stack (down from 50 per stack).

      • Priodic healing effects should no longer occasionally cause the Rogue to break out of Stealth.

  • Azuremyst Isle has been temporarily removed from cross-realm zoning.

Quests

  • Like Bombing Fish In A Barrel: Resolved an issue where Goblin Fishing Bombs were not killing the Sting Rays.
  • Rolo’s Riddle: The item to start the quest chain should be obtainable once more.
  • Through a Glass, Darkly: Platforms should now spawn in correctly, allowing players to complete the quest.
  • Legendary Cloak Quest Line
    • The Thunder Forge: Sha Beast’s Dark Bite ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.

Raids

  • Siege of Orgrimmar
    • Raid Leader’s lockout state will now always be used when entering a Siege of Orgrimmar Raid instance.
    • Spoils of Pandaria: Resolved an issue where Kor’kron Blood Axe would occasionally invite themselves to the encounter.
    • Resolved an issue where Tusks of Mannoroth was obtainable on Normal difficulty.
  • Throne of Thunder
    • Drakkari Frost Warden’s Frost Bulwark ability should no longer absorb an excessive amount of damage.
    • Megaera: Venomous Head’s Acid Rain ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.
  • Dragon Soul
    • Spine of Deathwing’s Blood of Deathwing effect should no longer be able to critically strike or Multistrike against players on Heroic difficulty.
    • Resolved a number of issues where some spells and abilities dealt an excessive amount of damage.
  • Icecrown Citadel
    • Professor Putricide’s Mutated Plague ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.
    • The Lich King’s Ice Pulse ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.
  • Ulduar
    • Algalon the Observer’s melee damage has been reduced by 40%.
  • Black Temple
    • The Illidari Council: Lady Malande’s Reflective Shield should no longer reflect back an excessive amount of damage.
  • Blackwing Lair
    • Resolved an issue where characters in Spirit Form may be unable to interact with the Orb of Command to reenter the Raid instance.

Dungeons

  • Shado-Pan Monastery
    • Shado-Pan Disciples should no longer be following players around the dungeon after they have been defeated.
  • Blackrock Caverns
    • Karsh Steelbender’s Heat Wave ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.
  • Throne of the Tides
    • Lady Naz’jar’s Lightning Surge ability should no longer deal an excessive amount of damage.
  • Zul’Gurub
    • Resolved a number of issues where some spells and abilities dealt an excessive amount of damage.

Battlegrounds and Arenas

  • Arenas
    • Characters that have obtained the Gladiator: Season 15 achievement should now receive a Prideful Gladiator’s Cloud Serpent in the mail.
    • Alchemist’s Flask should no longer be usable while in an Arena match.

Professions

  • Enchanting
    • Peerless Stats should now correctly have a cast time and reagent cost.

Items

  • Ai-Li’s Skymirror can no longer be used on players that with the Tree Disguise Kit transformation.

Bug Fixes

  • [Requires a realm restart.] Resolved an issue where damage-over-time effects applied by an NPC or creature that have despawned can deal an excessive amount of damage.

    • Nest Guardians’ Screech ability should correctly apply a stacking debuff on players once more on Heroic difficulty.
    • Durumu the Forgotten should no longer be targeting the same player repeatedly with Lingering Gaze.
    • Quet’zal, the Stormcaller’s Frost Spike knockback should now be working correctly on Heroic difficulty.
    • Resolved a number of issues with boss abilities that were not working correctly on the Twin Consorts encounter.

      • Tiger’s Fury should now automatically shift the Druid into Cat Form when used. Additionally, the effect is no longer cancelled by activating Incarnation: King of the Jungle or leaving Cat Form.

      • Stag pets should now correctly apply the Grace buff when summoned.

  • High Recognition: Resolved an issue where players were unable to complete the quest.
  • To The Skies!: Taoshi should no longer despawn as soon as she arrives during Stage 4 of the scenario.
  • Legendary Cloak Quest Line
    • Achievement: Chapter V: Judgment of the Black Prince should no longer incorrectly have a guild reputation requirement.

Raids, Dungeons, and Scenarios

Raids

  • Siege of Orgrimmar
    • Blackfuse Shredders now have 40% less health.
    • Desecrated Weapon and Empowered Desecrated Weapon now deal less damage on Raid Finder, Normal, and Heroic difficulty.
    • Reduced the amount of damage needed to break Touch of Y’Shaarj and Empowered Touch of Y’Sharrj’s mind control.
    • Number of players affected by Touch of Y’Shaarj or Empowered Touch of Y’Sharrj is always 2 and no longer increases based on the Raid size on Normal and Heroic difficulty.
  • Throne of Thunder
    • Damage of Frost King Malakk’s Frostbite ability has been reduced to a reasonable amount.
    • Lei Shen’s Thunderstruck ability now deals less damage.
  • Ulduar
    • Elder Stonebark’s Petrified Bark ability should no longer reflect an excessive amount of damage back at players.

Dungeons

  • Temple of the Jade Serpent: Strife and Peril’s damage has been reduced to a reasonable amount.

Battlegrounds and Arenas

  • Arena Skirmishes now award more Honor Points to the winning team. The amount awarded will return to normal once the portal to Draenor opens. An explanation and details on this temporary change is available on the forums.

  • NPCs above level 90 should no longer appear in Strand of the Ancients, Alterac Valley, and Isle of Conquest.

Items

  • Food that gave a bonus to Hit should now give a bonus to Critical Strike.
  • Assurance of Consequence should now correctly reduce ability cooldowns for Survival Hunters.
  • Shadowmourne’s Chaos Bane effect was granting too much Strength. The amount of Strength granted has been reduced to a more appropriate amount.
  • Tharbek’s Brutal Posessor and Tharbek’s Unholy Charge are now One-Handed swords (they were Main Hand only) and can be dual-wielded.
  • Reduced the Bonus Armor on a number of items that had too much Armor.
  • Resolved an issue where item enchants from expansions prior to Mists of Pandaria were scaling incorrectly and wound up being stronger than intended.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where Icethorn did not contain any items when harvested by Herbalists with a skill level above 435.
